In this Music XTRA from SEGMENT 7, we look closely at the new murder and death coding in the "1999" album songs. At this point in Prince’s career, the managers, and the execs at Warner Brothers, have upped the ante a bit at this time in terms of Prince’s mind control, and manipulation, hungry for a money making hit from Prince.
Starting in 1981, Prince began using a “prototype” of the Linn LM-1 Drum Computer to create his music. The machine that Prince used throughout his career (and that is now on display at Paisley Park in Studio B), was hand built by Roger Linn in his garage. Prince used this original prototype model, modifying it and using it in new innovative ways to create a whole new musical instrument. See the OUTTAKE: “Prince, The LM-1 Drum Computer and the 1984 Agenda” for more in depth information on this.
Around this time as well, Prince began writing songs, inspired by dreams he was having early in 1982. Prince would hear “sounds in his head” and then translate these sounds to music using the Linn LM 1. Prince also became obsessed with “purple” at this time, surprising himself with all the “purple” imagery that was showing up in his music. See the OUTTAKE: “Prince’s 1999 and the Purple Dawn (Intro to Saturn Worship)” for more on this.
These dreams combined with the music of the Linn LM 1,became the “1999” album. It naturally follows that the gematria coding of the music of this era began to reflect new numbers that reflect changes in Prince's contract ritual to guarantee the new cross-over success of Prince's "1999" album to propel him on to the international pop icon status of "Purple Rain".
These new numbers are the gematria numbers traditionally associated with murder and blood sacrifice, and strangely are also mainly decodes of Prince's name. Encoding Prince's name in the songs by way of these numbers binds Prince's soul to the music and to the murderous intents of WB Records.
