This is the latest installment of "The Ritualistic Life & Murder of Prince" series, SEG 14 where we will discuss the "Lovesexy" era. 

After shelving the "Black Album", Prince gets right to work on "Lovesexy" a document of his most recent spiritual epiphany.  But he finds that many do not understand his new shift in spiritual perspective or musical direction.  Despite the low commercial success of "Lovesexy" in the U.S.A., Prince's popularity explodes in Europe.  

Though Prince reportedly is "engaged" to Sheila E, he continues his adventures with several other women, including formalizing his non-sexual relationship with the teen Anna Garcia whom he met in 1986 during the Parade" tour in Europe.  

Prince embarks on the elaborate "Lovesexy" world tour, amidst problems with his publicity firm "The Howard Bloom Organization" and his managers Cavallo, Ruffalo, and Fargnoli.   By 1988, Prince is left questioning his fame, musical direction and future.  

As usual, the episode contains numerous live concert and television footage as well as rare interviews with Prince’s band members and studio staff.
